The HOPE program at PALSS is responsible for providing the following services to clients of PALSS:
- HOPWA and Ryan White case management services;
- Apply clients for HOPWA emergency short-term rent, mortgage and utility assistance; and Ryan White housing services assistance;
- Provide up to
a 3-day supply of emergency food to clients through our food pantry; - Provide volunteer opportunities to individuals that want to enhance their knowledge of PALSS and its programs; and
- Provide referrals for clients for other services provided by other agencies and not furnished through PALSS.
